On October 4th, the Tortellino Festival (11th Edition) organized by the RistoAssociazione TOur-tlen took place in the splendid setting of Palazzo Re Enzo in Bologna.
The professionals of taste will offer the public 21 tasty recipes where the protagonist will be the king of Emilian cuisine: the tortellino. The chefs will present tortellini not only in the traditional guise, in chicken or capon broth, but also in a creative way: with the flavor of the sea or the mountains, with the scents of autumn to those inspired by other Italian and non-Italian cities.
